CONDUCT OF LALC BOARD MEMBERS AND STAFF

Section 176 of the Act sets out the standard of conduct required of NSWALC Councillors, land council Board members and staff. Board members and staff (including consultants) must:

a) act honestly and exercise care and diligence in carrying out their functions
b) act for a proper purpose in carrying out their functions
c) not use their office or position for personal advantage
d) not use their office or position to the detriment of an Aboriginal Land Council
